When to use it
- The team works hard but without a shared direction.
- You want to connect day-to-day work to an ambitious goal.
- You need a simple follow-up ritual.
How to do it, step by step
- Write 1 to 3 ambitious, qualitative, easy-to-grasp objectives.
- For each, define 2 to 5 measurable key results with a starting value and a target.
- Make them visible to the whole team.
- Update progress regularly (weekly or fortnightly).
- At the end of the cycle, score them, learn and start again.
Example
Objective: “become the reference for small teams”. Key results: grow from 100 to 500 active users; reach a 4.5/5 rating; publish 12 guides.
In FluidOps
In “Other tools”, you enter your objectives and key results and track their progress.
