1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions under which FluidOps ("FluidOps", published by an individual) provides its project management service, and the conditions under which users may use it. Creating an account means you fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the service
FluidOps is a project management application (Scrum, Kanban, Gantt, reports, calendar) with community features, analysis, strategy and team-facilitation tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, Eisenhower, RACI, pre-mortem, mind map, OKR, OST, Shape Up, Ansoff, SONCAS/CAP, GE/McKinsey, retrospectives, Lean Coffee, Pecha Kucha…), an artificial intelligence assistant, voice dictation, data import/export and optional integrations (GitHub, Google Drive/Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). Three plans: Free (limited), Individual, Enterprise (multi-seat).
3. Creating an account
Registration requires a valid email, a strong password and a public username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Registration is reserved for people aged 15 or over, or with the permission of a legal guardian.
4. Use in an educational setting
When FluidOps is used with a class or a group of students, the teacher or the institution is responsible for supervising that use, in particular the minimum age and the authorisations required for minor students. We recommend not having sensitive personal data entered in the tools.
5. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), except where immediate access has been expressly requested and the right is lost once the service has been performed (L221-28). You may cancel at any time from Account Settings, effective at the end of the paid period.
6. Content and intellectual property
You remain the owner of your content (projects, tasks, descriptions, content entered in the tools) and warrant that you hold the necessary rights. FluidOps (software, brand, logo) remains the property of its publisher.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish unlawful or hateful content or content that infringes third-party rights, not to disrupt the service and not to attempt to access other users' data. FluidOps may remove manifestly unlawful content and suspend an account in case of abuse.
8. Projects published in the Community
A project published in the Community becomes visible to any visitor (name, description, tags, activity), together with your public profile. You may unpublish it at any time.
9. Artificial intelligence and voice dictation
The AI assistant, Pecha Kucha presentation generation and fallback voice transcription are optional. The text (or audio) you submit is sent to an AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce the result. Generated answers may be inaccurate or incomplete: you check them before using them and remain responsible for that use. Do not enter sensitive personal data or unnecessary third-party data. A usage quota may apply. Depending on your browser, voice dictation may be processed directly by the browser (see the Privacy Policy).
10. Third-party integrations
Integrations are optional and at your initiative; you can disconnect them at any time. They imply acceptance of the terms of these third-party services:
- Google Calendar and Google Drive: FluidOps creates and updates events in your primary calendar from your tasks, and accesses the Drive files it created or that you explicitly choose.
- GitHub: you provide a personal access token; FluidOps reads your repositories and their issues so you can import them as tasks. You are responsible for the permissions attached to this token: limit it to what is strictly necessary and revoke it on GitHub if needed.
- Microsoft Outlook: FluidOps creates and updates events in your Outlook calendar.
FluidOps is not responsible for how these third-party services operate.
11. Availability and liability
FluidOps strives to provide continuous access without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Backing up your data outside the service is your responsibility to the extent reasonable.
12. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
FluidOps may amend these Terms. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified and will have to accept the new version.
14. Governing law and disputes
French law. An amicable solution is sought first.
